Privacy Statement

Last updated: 2026-01-22

Contact: welcome@peak-network.one

1. Data collected

We collect identifiers you submit through forms such as name, email address, company name when provided, and message content. Technical data includes IP address, user agent, and timestamps from server logs. If you email welcome@peak-network.one directly, we process the content of that correspondence. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data through this site and ask that you do not submit health, government ID, or financial account numbers through general contact forms.

2. Contact

The data controller for this site is LedgerHarbor One, with correspondence address listed in the site footer. For privacy requests, email welcome@peak-network.one with sufficient detail to verify your identity. We may request additional information to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Corporate clients may designate a single point of contact for bulk inquiries related to multiple individuals where contracts permit.

3. Retention

Form submissions are retained for the period necessary to evaluate and respond to your request, typically not longer than twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legitimate business interests such as dispute resolution or contractual warranty tracking. Server logs are rotated on a schedule designed to balance security investigations with storage minimization. Analytics aggregates may be stored longer in pseudonymous form.

4. Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and rights related to automated decision-making where applicable. In Korea, you may inquire with the Personal Information Protection Commission regarding complaint procedures. We will honor rights requests where verified and not outweighed by compelling legal grounds. Exercising rights does not affect pricing or service quality for lawful engagements.

5. Use of data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule discussions about integration packages, improve site content based on aggregated analytics, and secure the site against abuse. We do not sell personal data as a product. Marketing communications, if any, are sent only where consent or soft opt-in criteria under applicable law are met, and each message includes an unsubscribe mechanism where required.

6. Third parties

We share data with subprocessors who host infrastructure or provide analytics under written agreements. Subprocessors are not permitted to use site visitor data for their independent advertising purposes as part of this engagement. If we introduce a new subprocessor that processes personal data, we update internal records and this statement when the change is material. Law enforcement requests are evaluated for legal validity before disclosure.

7. Scope

This Privacy Statement applies to peak-network.one and related static assets served from our production origin. It does not apply to third-party sites linked from our pages. Client engagements involving processing of client employee or customer data are governed by separate data processing agreements that supersede this marketing-site statement for those datasets.

8. Security posture

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, TLS transport, and change management for static content updates. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; you should use updated browsers and avoid submitting confidential information on untrusted networks. If we become aware of an incident affecting this site, we will notify affected users where law requires and where contact details are available.

9. International transfers

Primary hosting may occur outside Korea depending on provider regions. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications where available, and we assess residual risk. Clients with strict data residency requirements should raise those requirements before contracting so we can architect delivery paths accordingly.

10. Minors' privacy

This site is directed to business professionals and is not designed to attract children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under fourteen without parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact welcome@peak-network.one so we can delete it after verification. Educational institutions should supervise classroom visits to business sites.
